It is a restaurant with traditional eel dishes. Founded in 1897 AD. Since then I have been operating in the same place. Specialty dishes are "eel dish" "Japanese food". Especially the eel dish is a seasoning which boasts "Sauce" which is used for cooking over 100 years ago. When you make a reservation, "Japanese cuisine" can be eaten as a course meal. It is very tasty. Tajimi's "Mino-yaki" is famous worldwide. It is served in the tableware of the beautiful "Mino-yaki". Private rooms are also available. You can sit on a chair and eat in a tatami room. I can speak a little English.

Until now, when eating eel in Tajimi, there were a lot of eels, but here it is also delicious and can be eaten loose.Rice is also very delicious and satisfying is high.

Amazing unagi. Skin was crisp and meat was tendered. Rice grain perfect. Sauce was tasty and flavourful. I wish for more pickle to balance the creaminess of unagi and saltiness of sauce.
